Winter Park Recovery Center is not only for those who are admitting an addictions problem for the first time, but also for those who have perhaps failed at recovery in the past and are discouraged by traditional “rehabilitation” methods.
Our values are simple. Our number one goal is to employ the most advanced addictions treatment and recovery methods for the needs of our patients, their families and the communities we serve. If you know anything at all about the history of how addictions have been treated in the past, throw those notions out the door.
We are different, and our success rate is unparalleled. How are we different?
No matter what addiction you may be struggling with, Winter Park Recovery Center is here for you.
We address addictions for individuals and couples including:
Each treatment program is individualized to your exact needs
We use precise medical management and therapeutic techniques that include:
And a variety of individual/couple/family electronic treatments, including TDF Infrared, Audio Visual Stimulation (AVS); Salt Bed and Ultra Sound.
What addictions do you treat?
We treat most addictions; alcohol, opiates (pain pills and heroin), gambling, sexual/pornography, weight loss/gain and pain management complications.
What happens in addictions recovery?
Each addiction has a specific protocol, which may include medication management, individual/group therapies, acupuncture, hypnotherapy, exercise, nutrition, massage and spirituality.
How long does the program take?
Alcohol protocols are typically 20-weeks, while opiate protocols may extend to 40-weeks. Other protocols are custom designed to assessment criteria.
Will your program cure my addiction?
We have very high success rates in all of our protocols. Our medically managed dual diagnosis program integrates acupuncture, hypnotherapy, massage, exercise, nutrition and spirituality in our treatment format.
What is unique about your program?
By utilizing the most up to date FDA medications that are clinically proven, and delivering therapeutic solutions with highly qualified personnel, we have a powerful record of success. As well, we specialize in the Sinclair Method of Alcohol Extinction, which allows for controlling drinking as an option. This has the potential to accelerate reaching abstinence.
What happens if there is a relapse?
Relapse is a contingency that must be planned; each case has specific nuances that are custom adjusted by our treatment team approach. Coordinated solutions are paramount to getting patients back on track; consistent drug and alcohol testing is key to early detection of relapse.
How much does addictions recovery cost?
The cost of addictions recovery depends on the type of treatment and services you need, and can best be determined after we've had an opportunity to meet and complete an appraisal with you. Importantly, we would challenge you to not let the cost of recovery get in the way of treatment. This is a "the rest of your life" moment. Just give us a call at 407-629-0413 or email us at info@NACrecovery.com.
Is insurance accepted?
Currently we do not accept insurance assignment. However, if the patient
has a PPO they will have benefits. The patient contracts for the full cost of the program and we do all the heavy lifting, filing claims electronically with the insurance companies, with reimbursement going directly to the patient. Starting in January we will accept insurance assignment.
Does it matter if I get treatment close to home or away?
Outpatient treatment on a localized basis has been clinically proven to be the best method for addictions recovery. There is little that inpatient treatment can do that outpatient treatment can’t equally, and often better.
Plus, inpatient treatment (at a very high cost) tends to be a false environment, and ultimately requires a step down to outpatient treatment that exposes the patient to the real world of work, family, children and day to day problems.
How confidential is the process – will people find out?
All patients are covered by HIPPA and FIPA guidelines of treatment and confidentiality. Only signed releases are honored for disclosures of information and only delivered by secure fax transmission to approved designations.
Is there a difference between inpatient or outpatient treatment?
There is little difference in treatment delivery…the main difference in outpatient treatment is contending with the real world of daily life, which we find beneficial to the process.
Can I lose my job for seeking addictions treatment?
All patients are covered by HIPPA and FIPA guidelines, which protect patient rights. Use of insurance should not expose patients to any risk of employer bias. In virtually all instances however, employers are supportive of patient recovery efforts and a return to optimal employee performance.
Will I need to get time off work to attend your recovery program?
In virtually all of our programs, our patients work while in treatment as we have diverse availability for doctor visits, individual and group therapy times. Certain intensive programs may require 30 days of daily treatment to maximize treatment efficiency, but this is the exception to the successful delivery of the majority of our outpatient protocols.
